I don’t normally crosspost threads from forums here, cos it isn’t in the spirit of net communities, really.
However, this is a massive treat from the Blood & Fire board which fair boggles the mind.

What a coincidence. This came after that Eek a Mouse gig in Dublin a couple of weeks back… theres quite a few familiar heads on that forum as well…
small world.
Yeah the irish crew on B&F seem really cool – did you go to the gig?
Yeah – he got denied a UK visa, so I wasnt sure if he was playing or not so I didnt buy a ticket or wrangle a guestlist – and when I turned up there were queues out the door, so I want off to a local jungle club for a while, and only caught the last hour of it in the end…
To be honest – it wasnt all that great – ‘Wha do dem’ being the obvious highlight. I attempted to record some of it but the place was too packed to get any kind of decent sound..
Still – encouraging turn out. Be good to see more Jamaican artists playing in Dublin. Theres a decent enough reggae community here, and these kind of gigs tend to have a lot of cross-genre appeal…
A wa do dem a wa do dem dem dem?! Wonderful to see eek still going – that clip brought back glorious memories.
